MAFS ‘villain’ Olivia Frazer unveils new look at Australian Fashion Week

Despite being among a sea of showstopping outfits, this star turned heads – flashing her nude undies at day one of Australian Fashion Week.

Australian Fashion Week has officially begun.

The five-day event held at Sydney’s Carriageworks kicked off with a “Welcome to Country” ceremony followed by an array of shows from popular Aussie designers.

While countless showstopping outfits waltzed down the catwalk throughout the course of the day, there were also several memorable ensembles among the guests.

One of the standout outfits from the first day of the prestigious fashion event – sponsored by Afterpay – was the black two piece worn by athlete Amy Pejkovic.

While attending the evening Bec and Bridge event, Amy turned heads in a black skirt featuring a racy cut out design from Nicola Finetti. The sexy skirt showed off the former high jumper’s left thigh and hip – with the cut-out even flashing her nude underwear.

Amy – who was styled by celebrity fashion stylist Donny Galella – paired the garment with a mini crop top from Sofia Irina and wore a black blazer over her shoulders. She finished the revealing look with a pair of shoes by Lana Wilkinson.

Earlier in the day she wore a similarly strappy ensemble in a mellow yellow colour, also from Nicola Finetti.

Other attendees at the Bec and Bridge event also opted for racy outfits, with former Bachelor contestant Bella Varelis going completely topless under her pant and shirt combo from the Australian brand.

The former reality contestant teamed her outfit with a white Jacquemus clutch, loaned to her for the event from designer outlet Cosette.

Fashion entrepreneur Pip Edwards, who created activewear label P.E. Nation, was also at the event rocking one of her own sports bras with black wrap skirt and a matching bomber jacket. She completed her edgy look with a pair of white pointed ankle boots and black sports socks pulled up high.

One surprise attendee was MAFS contestant Olivia Frazer who unveiled a new look at the glitzy fashion event on Monday night.

The Married At First Sight “villain” has ditched her signature sleek hairdo she wore on the Channel 9 show and added “sultry” bangs.

She wore a green, floral silk dress to the event, beaming for cameras despite her difficult run on the cult dating show which saw her accused of bullying fellow contestant Domenica Calarco.

The 28-year-old teaching assistant from the Central Coast teamed her figure-hugging dress with dark, make-up and a pair of pink strappy heels.

Dom was also there on the night arriving with fellow MAFS contestant Ella Ding, the pair posing for photos together in outfits both curated by affordable fashion label Showpo.

Earlier in the day, TV presenter Jessica Rowe wowed in a colourful gown later described by fans as “joy in a dress”.

The colourful ensemble from designers Romance Was Born features an array of pastel colours, including pink, violet, orange, mint and lemon.

“This is everything,” one fan wrote.

“What a FABULOUS dress!” another said.

“Wow, what a stunning dress,” someone else commented.

Australian Fashion Week runs until Friday with upcoming events from designers including AJE, One Mile, L’IDEE Woman and Emma Pills.
