Bamford launches a new spa in the Cotswolds

If you’re worried about the stresses and strains of the festive season, then help is at hand. This December, the beloved British brand Bamford has unveiled an exciting new wellness destination in the Cotswolds, offering many ways to help revitalise the mind, body and soul. “This extended space has allowed us to create a unique wellness destination that is unlike any in the UK,” says Lady Carole Bamford, the brand’s founder.

The extended space includes an area with a herbal steam-room, crystal sauna and a wellness pool. New, larger studio spaces will offer Bamford yoga, gong therapy, meditation and Pilates. Bamford practitioners and visiting specialists will also provide crystal healing, astrology and craniosacral therapy, nutrition and osteopathy.

To enhance a sense of calm, the design is minimalist, with understated white interiors decorated with locally sourced materials that reflect the spa’s idyllic rural surroundings.

To get even closer to nature, you can join yoga, Pilates and sound healing sessions in the new Bamford Wellness Tipi that has been constructed in the Heritage Orchard, and tucked away in the garden is the Bamford Crystal Hut where private sessions are held with the crystal healer and clairvoyant Katie Wright.
