All About Simone Rocha’s H&M Collection For Women, Men, Kids

In the eyes of H&M and Simone Rocha, looking chic should be a family affair. Following previous collaborations with Giambattista Valli and Johanna Ortiz, H&M is launching a new collection with London-based fashion designer Simone Rocha this March. The styles run the gamut from daywear to formal attire and will be made for all ages, and the full lookbook dropped today for us to ogle.

Those familiar with Rocha’s signature silhouettes, pearl embellishments, and ethereal fabrics will recognize her imprint on the collection. There’s a warm color palette of creams, reds, pinks, and black and a mix of fabrics from tulle to tweed. Whether sparkling accessories, neoprene handbags, or moody floral blouses are on the brain—the H&M x Simone Rocha delivers. The designer reportedly reflected on previous collections, “dissecting and rebuilding iconic pieces into new propositions” for a fresh output that retails from $7.99 to $349.

When the billionaire bling kids get to run Tiffany and Prada

Bernard Arnault has finally taken control of Tiffany & Co.

With the acquisition being LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE’s biggest deal to date, and an expensive trophy asset despite the last-minute price cut, there’s little wonder that the company’s chief executive officer is sending experienced staffers from his flagship brand Louis Vuitton to oversee it.

More interesting is the appointment of his 28-year-old son Alexandre to a senior role at Tiffany. It is the latest example of how Arnault, the 71-year-old LVMH founder  and France’s richest man, is situating his children into the world’s biggest luxury group, readying them for eventual succession.

It’s a smart move, and one that is playing out across the industry, as scions from family-controlled houses like Prada SpA and cashmere-maker Brunello Cucinelli SpA are elevated to top roles. Younger, digitally focused consumers will drive high-end sales over the next decade. Who better to understand

Papillion boutique provides free clothes to kids in foster care

A new nonprofit is working to ensure foster kids in the Omaha metro have access to clothing and other supplies they might need.

In June, Amber Richardson founded Foster Love, a nonprofit boutique that provides free clothing to foster children transitioning into new homes. On Saturday, January 23 the nonprofit will launch its first free clothing boutique event in downtown Papillion.

Richardson said she understands it can be difficult for kids in foster care to have access to adequate clothing. When she first became a foster parent in 2007, her now adopted son, arrived with all of his clothes and personal possessions crammed inside a single trash bag.

“I know it didn’t just happen to our son, who was later adopted to us. In the community, this is not an uncommon thing, of kids being moved from home to home with just a single black trash bag,” Richardson said.

Chrissy Teigen and Her Kids Wear Red, White, and Blue Coats

Chrissy Teigen expressed her extreme gratitude for being able to attend the 2021 presidential inauguration with her family: “I must have been gooooood in a past life,” she wrote on Instagram, posting a snapshot in front of the Lincoln Memorial. John Legend was about to perform alongside Demi Lovato, Bruce Springsteen, and more as part of the Celebrating America broadcast, and Chrissy, Luna, and Miles accompanied him to Washington DC to cheer him on and be part of the historical day.

As far as outfits go, Chrissy and the kids stuck to a patriotic palette for Inauguration Day, with Chrissy in a red double-breasted tuxedo coat and strappy heels (a look curated by her longtime stylist Monica Rose), Luna in a white peacoat and tights, and Miles in a blue jacket with high-top sneakers, because he’s cool like that. John Legend stood by as the neutral finish in a
